PRE-ORDER POLICY & DELIVERY

Pre-order : You can order a product before it has become available, and you can purchase it at a discounted price.

Period : 27th of Aug - 9th of Sep

Delivery : According to the purchases, items will be dispatched from 27th of Sep.

PRE-ORDER can be canceled and exchanged for size / colour within the pre-order period (27th August - 9th September 2022). After 9th of September 2022, exchange (change) / cancellation (refund) due to customer reasons will not be available.

If delivery is not possible due to a production problem, the amount paid will be canceled / refunded in full.

The color of the image may differ depending on the specifications and resolution of the monitor and the shooting environment.

In the case of coated / dyed products, there may be natural wrinkles and fine scratches and individual differences due to the nature of the fabric, and it is not a reason for exchange/return.

Printed products have different print positions for each product due to the process 

of printed fabric production

Please note that the delivery charges do not include tax and import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.

Items will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday. All orders are shipped by Fedex, DHL or UPS. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order on the courier.

As we does not provide insurance shipping, please contact shop@carnet-archive.com if you want to get international shipping insurance.
